From the Presbytery of the Midwest Christian Education Committee:
We are excited to announce the 2017 Presbytery of the Midwest Men’s Retreat to be held February 24–25, 2017 at Green Lake Conference Center, Green Lake, WI. This year the theme will be “Oak Trees in a Tumbleweed World: Standing Strong in a Secular Society.” Our speaker is the Rev. Dale Van Dyke, pastor of Harvest OPC in Wyoming, MI.
Come and join other men from the Presbytery of the Midwest for a challenging time in God’s Word as well as opportunities for fellowship and fun at Green Lake Conference Center.
There will be small group sessions aimed at fostering discussion and further thought on our topic. Open time in the afternoon will allow for quiet reflection, fellowship and recreational activities such as basketball, broom ball and ping pong.
This topic is very relevant to our times. Please join us and invite a friend along who has never attended the men’s retreat in the past. Space is limited, so please register soon. Registration will end on January 31, 2017, or when we have reached our limit of attendees. If you have questions, please contact Rick Laczny at 920-470-8382, rclaczny@gmail.com, or Pastor Paul Mourreale at 636-591-1566, paul@gatewayopc.org.
