A picnic with Christ Covenant Church (Crystal Lake) is scheduled for Wednesday, August 10th from 3:30–7:30pm at Lakewood Forest Preserve in Wauconda. Games will begin at 4pm, followed by dinner at 6pm and a congregational meeting at 6:45pm. Drinks, tableware, and the main dish will be provided. Please bring a side and/or dessert to share.

To access Shelter C, enter the preserve’s main entrance on Route 176 just west of Fairfield Road. Turn left at the first intersection, and bear left at the split to enter the parking lot for this shelter.
